Heavenly Holland

Every Indian who is a Bollywood fan and has watched the movie ‘Silsila’ must have dreamt of walking amidst the mesmerizing ‘Tulip Garden’. Holland is home to this paradise.

Strolling in the Tulip Garden:

One of the world’s largest flower gardens, Keukenhof is located in the town of Lisse in the Netherlands.  Widely known for a wide variety of Tulip’s, the garden also features many other varieties of flowers.

Cruising through the Canals:

Madurodam:

A miniature park and a great tourist attraction in a district of The Hague in the Netherlands is home to a scale model replica of famous Dutch landmarks.

An enthralling city at any time of the day, Amsterdam is particularly special with a vibrant night-life. The curvy canals and historic streets shine the brightest with the fall of darkness all around.

I did not know that lovely song in the movie silsila was shot in a tulip garden in Netherlands! And I would definitely like to visit the Van Gogh museum. The starry night is one of the most beautiful painting I have laid eyes on, of course in images.

Thankyou Anita! Yes, that’s an iconic song and it first introduced most of us to the tulip garden in those days 😊
